Services
Water Cremation - gentle and affordable without the compromise. We treat every animal like they're part of our own family, at every step of the way.
- Communal
Your animal companion is placed alongside the beloved pets of other families within the main chamber of our water cremation equipment. After cremation, we process the remaining bone fragments and scatter the ashes in one of our favorite natural spaces. Ashes are not returned to you following communal cremations.
Fees:
Small (0-30 pounds) $85
Medium (31-60 pounds) $175
Large (61+ pounds) $350
- Individual
Your animal companion is placed in their own, private compartment within the equipment. After the water cremation process is complete, we process the remaining bone fragments from your pet and return their cremated remains to you in an urn.
Fees:
Small (0-30 pounds) $225
Medium (31-60 pounds) $325
Large (61+ pounds) $475
New in 2025, we are trialing a sliding scale for communal and individual cremation services. We cannot apply the sliding scale to any other items. Details about the sliding scale features are on the home page here.
Eco-friendly water cremation is at the core of everything we do, but it's not all we do. More than just a crematory, we understand that many families want (and need) more than most pet crematories can provide. This is where we outshine the others -- with our flexibility to show up for our families in a way that they find personally meaningful.
Doula-guided services - more than just cremation, a caring hand when you need it most.
This is where our heart is -- in being there when you need us.
Additional Fees: $175
The death of a beloved animal companion, expected or not, is profoundly sad. Let us be there for you. Because every family and every animal is unique, having a doula guide you through the experience can mean different things for different families. For example:
- Transporting the animal from a euthanasia appointment back to their home, so families can spend more time saying "goodbye"
- Guiding families in memory making, like clipping a lock of fur or taking nose prints
- Bathing an animal and shrouding them in a favorite blanket
- Vigiling with the family in the hours following death, treasuring the last hours with the body of this being who brought you so much joy in life
We're on-call to provide transport of your animal to our facility from wherever you are between Girdwood and Wasilla. We will return ashes and memorial items to your doorstep when they are ready. You will also have lifetime access to the online bereavement support and educational platform, Next Level Pets.
Rainbow Bridge Sendoff - a farewell like no other, crafted with care and tailored for your family.
Flameless joins forces with the mobile veterinary community to offer a heartfelt farewell to celebrate your pet's unique spirit. We've developed a collaborative relationship with local mobile veterinarians to provide unified end-of-life services in the comfort of your home.
Additional Fees: $475
When it's clear that euthanasia is the most humane next step, let us make the arrangements. We will arrange for a licensed veterinarian to meet us at your doorstep. Once the euthanasia appointment is concluded, we will stay for as long as you'd like, vigiling with you or helping you collect a lock of fur or nose print, before shrouding the body and transporting your departed animal companion for cremation.
