Flameless Cremation Services will be the first to offer water cremation in Southcentral Alaska. At this time we are only offering services for animals. We are proud to be members of the Global Green Burial Alliance and strive to be a positive voice of change among end-of-life professionals, embracing transparency and more ecologically-conscious practices.
About MeMy name is Rachel, I'm a lifelong Alaskan. After spending nearly a decade working with the deceased and bereaved through the facilitation of anatomical donation, I've been profoundly impacted by the potential for end-of-life decisions to set the stage for the grief that inevitably follows. I think it's incredibly important that people have access to a diverse suite of deathcare services so they can make choices for themselves, their loved ones, and their pets that will be personally meaningful. For that reason I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for Alaska Natural Burial and the Alaska End-of-Life Alliance, and I am proud to bring Water Cremation to Southcentral Alaska through my small business, Flameless Cremation Services. |
